[It's been calm lately, far more than it had seemed before. For someone perpetually accustomed to noise, bright color and movement, it was almost unbearable. Someday's it made her feel like she was going to lose her mind, someday's it was almost refreshing but it was the night that she hated. In all honesty though, it made her feel listless, made her hands and feet itch with something to do and so while she liked to keep clear of the public view, she often took to the streets whenever she could, whenever she could slip away.

Just to do something, anything to keep her busy, keep her mind tuned in and focused.

The Girl wasn't sure what hour it was, she wasn't sure what day or where the sun should be like she had been tracking before, all she knew was that the base was relatively empty and that made it quiet, something she never associated with her boys before. It wasn't there natural state, it made her feel tense, like something was wrong--like this world sucked them dry, all of them, including her at that moment who was lying on her back in a pile of clothing with her feet in the air, staring up at these new shoes she still felt like she was breaking in.

A break though, a break from the monotony; if meeting handfuls of strangers she didn't trust was monotony by now. Still, it's what she needed so in the silence of the room she started to hum along to a tune before she parted her lips and quietly started to sing.] I see the bad moon arisin', I see trouble on the way.

[She rolled as she sang, ending up face down on the pile almost--still singing into it.] --don't go around tonight.

Well, it's bound to take your life. There's a bad moon on the rise.
